Get access
Helias accounts are granted by request. Someone at Virtasant reviews each one, so this is the step to start before you plan the rest.
Request an account
Sign in
Sign in with your Google or Microsoft work identity. There is no Helias password to create and no separate credential to manage.
Signing in comes before the form so the email on your request is a verified one rather than typed in.
Fill in the request
Tell us who you are and which providers you plan to connect, and accept the Trial Use Agreement. You can read it before accepting it.
Wait for approval
A person reviews the request. You get an email when your account is ready.
Every other step on these pages happens in your own console, on your schedule. Approval does not, so request access first and plan the rest while you wait.
Who to involve
Connecting is often two people. Someone with billing visibility knows which account, subscription or billing account pays the bill. Someone with administrative access can grant the roles.
Each provider page lists the exact permissions its steps need, so you can tell in advance whether that is one person or two:
What you provide back
Almost everything is generated for you. The app builds every command and link with your own values already filled in.
What you paste back is identity information: an account ID, a subscription ID, a project ID, and for the two AI providers an API key and a label of your choosing. Nothing else.
